The purpose of this website is to provide general information about the professional services of the Firm and to offer means of contacting it. The information contained on the website does not, under any circumstances, constitute personalised legal advice nor does it establish a lawyer-client relationship.

The User undertakes to make appropriate use of the contents and services offered through the website, in accordance with the law, good faith and public order. Any use of the website for unlawful purposes, or in a manner that infringes the rights or interests of third parties, or that may damage, disable or overload the website, is expressly prohibited.

Without prejudice to the rights recognised to consumers under Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, this Legal Notice shall be governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising in connection with the use of the website or related services, the parties expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Palma de Mallorca, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
