We advise companies on the adoption of flexibility measures (geographical and functional mobility and substantial modifications of working conditions), both individual and collective: study of the causes, processing of the procedure and adoption of the measure.

Worker action

In cases of geographical mobility or substantial modification, the worker has several options: accept the measure, challenge it or request the termination of the contract (with the right to compensation); in the office we advise the worker in choosing the best option and in the processing, where appropriate, of the corresponding judicial procedure.

Family life reconciliation measures

We offer advice to companies and workers on matters of reduction and adaptation of working hours and other situations, including negotiation between worker and company and the formulation of alternative proposals.

Sanctions to workers

We offer advice to companies and workers on matters of disciplinary procedures and sanctions imposed on workers: warnings, suspensions, contract terminations (dismissal) or other types of sanctions, including advice to the worker in challenging said sanctions.

Collective procedures

We offer advice to companies on matters of collective procedures, specifically collective dismissal (ERE), suspension of contracts (ERTE), collective procedure for substantial modification of working conditions.

We have experience in this type of procedures, having successfully processed important files both for suspension (ERTE) and termination (ERE), due to force majeure or ETOP causes (economic, technical, organizational or production); we know how to manage in the best way all phases of these procedures, both the analysis of the causes and the preparation of all necessary documentation as well as the negotiations between the parties.

Likewise, we offer advice to workers in the same cases: negotiation with the company and, where appropriate, challenging the measures adopted.

Disputes, litigation and disciplinary files

We assist and defend the company before any type of procedure, body or instance both in the social order and in the contentious-administrative order, including procedures before the Labor and Social Security Inspection.
