In 2025, the possibility of acquiring tourist places for vacation rental homes (ETV) has been reactivated in the Balearic Islands. As regards Mallorca, in September of this year a procedure was opened in the Tourist Accommodation Exchange Consortium (CBAT), and new procedures are already planned in January and May 2026.
