In recent years, the presence of Italian companies and Italian workers in Mallorca (and in the Balearic Islands in general) has been constantly increasing; It is essential, for both categories, to be able to count, at each phase of the employment relationship, on Italian lawyers specializing in labor law, who are capable of providing advice also in the Italian language, in order to make the best decisions in crisis or conflict situations.
