From Araújo&Benetti we want to announce that our lawyers Alejandro Araújo Barceló and Giulia Benetti are beginning to teach the subject of Public Tourism Law at the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB). The objective is to train the students of the Faculty of Tourism in the main legal aspects of this subject, especially with regard to the administrative intervention in the provision of tourist services. The subject will be taught in English and Spanish.
In this way, we make available to the academic community our long experience in the tourism sector of administrative law, a matter of vital importance and strategic for the economic and social development of the Balearic Islands.
Alejandro and Giulia are associate professors at the Department of Public Law at the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB) since 2016 and 2018, respectively.
